S.N.A

for 3 or 2 weeks, we've been learning about Sna, short for significant natural areas, what this is, is thanks to all the endangered animals, people are making more of the land into habitats for those that need help.

the strengths: it is important that we protect our animals by making some land into habitats for them.

the weaknessess: but by doing this, people have problems for them taking probably too much of their land, leading to some protests that have currently been happening,

I don't know what's more better, losing our animals, or losing my house i've been living in for 50 years, they both have excellent purposes but it's one of those days where you have to choose only 1.

  2. Hi Katipa

SNA it is a big issue isn't it!
Initially I thought it was a good thing. I can see the benefits of having guidelines in place to protect our land and all the wildlife that inhabit those areas but it's clear that a lot of people have taken issue with the proposed changes.

I certainly don't think the SNA would cause you to loose your house, that would be something to shout about. I do understand though, that people don't want to have limitations on what they can do with their land, especially those people who have large holdings.
Either way, I'd like to think we can live together harmoniously with the environment. We have to for the benefit of all of us.

Can you see a way forward where everyone can be happy?
